I always make it to the end of the video and repeat your videos back to back for studying. Studying, research, data analytics, coding, web development or anything that requires lots of technical thinking is a bit easier listening to fast and aggressive mouth sounds.

Today's idea for this clip is that you did asmr in the bedroom with the utmost splendor and perfection, whether by looking out the window and seeing you sitting on a luxurious chair. When you scratch and massage the microphone, I feel goosebumps running through my head as if you were directly massaging my head, and when you moved your hands back and forth as if you were wiping My forehead and removing the dust from my forehead, and this is a metaphor for negative thoughts. I appreciate your effort and work despite the fatigue and exhaustion you are going through, as you say. Finally, thank you and I wish you recovery from hyperactivity and lack of concentration. You sacrifice your health and your time to make others well. You are a wonderful person and may you live long. Good and peace.

I personally rather like this level of aggressiveness and would be happy if it was always as so. I hope you and your mrs are enjoying the holidays and have some nice plans for Christmas. If you ever get anxious, try to eat a piece of fatty protein food like: Egg, cheese, meat etc. For anxious people-- myself included-- the fatty protein brings it right down! It's the low blood sugar, it reeks havoc on already anxious people! Don't take my word for it though, the next time you feel anxious eat a chunk of cheese or something and tell me if it goes down after 10 minutes!
