Tu nivel no es básico, es medio, por las razones de que: 1- a pesar de que tienes un acento, es un acento pulido y trabajado, 2- tienes un buen repertorio de palabras y vocabulario, 3- eres capaz de conversar. Muy bien. Tu forma de hablar es parecida a la de hispano estadounidenses de segunda generación que entienden en gran parte el español y lo pueden hablar pero poseen un 50% de vocabulario y no pueden evitar mezclar palabras en inglés para llenar los huecos, en otras palabras, lo que estoy diciendo es que claramente no eres una principiante y tu acento es bueno. Te aplaudo por tu gran esfuerzo. 👏🏻 ✌🏻

A more literal translation would be "Rayitos de sol", which would be adorable 😊☀️ "Sol brilla" just means "(the) sun shines", and it's not really something a Spanish speaker would say naturally.
