ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a biological reaction that some people may experience when they hear, see or feel certain satisfying triggers such as whispering, tapping, brushing or typing. It is best known for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.
Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and soothe their minds and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, and sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self-care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.

Omg! Thanks sooooo much. I love this series as i know the first gen games and second by heart. As a child when it came to pokemon, i was near imposible to beat. I feel just like red to this day sitting at mount silver, waiting for a worthy battle. I hope i get to see you battle red.

I’ve fallen asleep to this video every night the past week until the Pokémon card one 😭😭 idk what it is but your videos make me fall asleep so quick! Idk if anyone has let you know yet but I kept forgetting to say cause I would fall asleep, but unfortunately mareep can only be found in gold and silver, not crystal :(
