Ponyta is my fav gen 1 pokemon. So cute. When I was a kid I dreamed of riding one around the region and having my own adventures with one.

My favorite one is Blasotise, because when I had cancer, I played a bunch of Pokémon blue on virtual console. It would mean the world to me! And it still does!!!

That Sandshrew was adorable!!! The art in this set is so cute and vibrant! My favorite Gen 1 Pokemon definitely has to be Eevee

My favorite gen 1 Pokémon back in the days was squirtle cuz I loved swimming when I was younger 😂

Okay, I know it's basic, but Pikachu is seriously my favorite gen 1 Pokemon, just because he's so adorable, like all the time, and also in the show there are so many cool Pikachu moments that just get me amped up and excited for when I make Ninworld!

I'm personally just getting ready for them to just chuck like a legendary at him or something difficult like that for him to take down, like Ash's pikachu in those rare moments.

to be honest...if you are a OG Fan since day 1 (edit: it doesnt matter when u discorvered pokemon i guess), you cannot simply not love Pikachu. I mean, this guy IS literally our childhood. No matter which badass pokemon you love the most. Pikachu is what this Franchise and therefore our childhood is all about. right?

I respect it tbh. I always liked Pikachu even if he is sorta poster boy for pokemon but he's still cute. but we all now fat Pikachu is the best Pikachu and there's debating on this lol.

My favorite gen 1 pokemon must be sweet and charming Bulbasaur. Love the art rare where it is taking a nap by the pond 🍀

Favorite gen 1 Pokemon has to be Blastoise. He's been my Ol' Reliable since the beginning & I've always thought he had an incredible design. There are plenty of other gen 1 Pokemon I love, including Star mie, Aerodactyl, Jolteon, Dragonair, & Clefable. But, my first starter still takes the crown. Funny story: as Pokemania swept the United States, I was only four (I turned five later that summer). In my very first soccer league, the coaches wanted the kids' teams to have trendy names, and as such all of the teams were named after Pokémon. My team ended up being the Blastoises! It's yet another detail that helped cement the big guy as my favorite starter & Gen 1 'mon.

Charizard and dragonite have always been my favorite, reptilian Pokémon are just too rad

When I was a kid playing red for the first time my gen 1 team had Charizard, Onyx, Wigglytuff and Omanyte in the mix I barely remember my play-through but I loved those guys so much These days, Raichu takes the top spot! A very strong looking friend shaped Pokémon

My favorite Gen 1 Pokémon just HAS to be Pikachu, I know I know it’s such a basic pick but I used to eat sleep and play with this pikachu plush as a little kid, he was my best buddy and I made so many good memories with him, and he was my starter or 2nd mon in most games after Crystal such as X, love the video btw Rainessa!! Really looking forward to this set. Gen 1 has some of the best mons, i've liked a lot of them for so long now, but my favourite has always been psyduck, I just love how goofy it is and everytime I see it I just instantly smile, also absolutely love its card in this set ❤🦆

Alakazam is probably my favorite gen1 Pokémon. I just love psychic Pokémon in general.

Alakazam and Scyther were my standouts as a kid. As I’ve gotten older, Gengar has slowly became my fav in gen 1. The art is always so good and Pokémon unite help bring life to the mon I feel I never saw realized. Gen 1 is solid but gen 2 holds some of my favs to date. Love your channel. My go to nerdy asmr!

I was happy to see the vaporeon and flareon cards ! But I need to agree with you the full art charmaleon is so cuuuuuuute it has to be my favourite card from tonight ! So happy to have seen this video ! I love it when you do those without the gloves, I know it’s bad because it doesn’t properly protect the cards but the sounds of your sticky fingers on the crinkly packages and the tapping with your nails for good luck is addictive ! My cat fell asleep as usual when after hearing your whispering for a few minutes, it was hard for me to stay awake but I needed to see Bulbasaur at the end ! He is currently my buddy in Pokémon Sleep 💚 Thanks Rainessa for every videos you make ! When I was a kid I didn't grow up with the gen 1 games, my favourite games were heartgold and soulsilver! I remember finding Articuno randomly exploring near seafoam island and from there I actually loved its design, definitely my favourite from the original generation 1!

Congrats again on 50k! My favorite Gen1 pokemon has to be Nidoking! While I'm a huge fan of cute pokemon like sandshrew and vulpix, I have great memories with Nidoking in my first Kanto playthrough, his design and color scheme also stand out a lot for me!

Hello, my favorite pokemon wasn't opened, it's Dugtrio. I've loved it since the first game because the move dig got me through a lot of gyms because it was so powerful. I thought the Diglett was very nice though. I also had Bulbasaur as my first pokemon too, so I liked the Venusaur as well. Thank you for the pleasant videos.
