Why are you whispering? I know this is role play, but if you want to get the effect of being at an actual doctor office, it’s annoying not being able to hear you clearly. Imagine if my doctor spoke this softly to me. Just speak normal tone and accentuate the other sounds. like the pencil and your arm movements.

As this states, its a whispering role play. Asmr is to help relax and help fall asleep through various different methods, this being 'whispering' and is a realistic as possible. If you want a true doctors experience... go and see your actual doctor?? 🤷🏻‍♂️
