    I often go back to a certain asmr video when I really want to sleep and for a while that video was Gibi's over explaining video. Before that it was your layered visual and audio trigger video from way back. You are a staple of the community and offer a unique style and flavor of asmr.

    Random theory but... relaxation promotes dopamine release, dopamine deficiency causes insomnia, seeing someone behave hyperactively stimulates a slight sense of hyperactivity in the viewer, excess dopamine from amphetaminea causes one to be hyperfocused on things, speak rapidly and repetitively. Perhaps this is like a contact high from watching someone spas out which in turn releases more dopamine helping you feel good relaxed and sleepy. I need to go to bed lol

    I don't know how often I watched this video and I still love it and still get tingles from it :) But the best part is at 3:27 when you stop for a second to check how many fingers are between your pointer finger and your pinky :D
