I used to be such a bookworm when I was a kid, this year I really wanna get back into the reading game 📚 I’m currently reading Shinning by Stephen King and Make It Happen by Jordanna Levin. The “I hunt killers” series sounded very familiar. Watch the “prodigal son” series, it follows this storyline and is amazing I’m hooked!!

@@HaleyJeanASMR it broke my heart because a day after she released her final video she was on a boat tour in Costa Rica and her boat got hit by another boat. From what I read, it was instant. I would have hated it even more if I had known she had suffered. But I'm still so sad knowing ill never see another book haul video from her. :( and ty for the virtual hug and ty for all you do

I Love you're book videos!! TBR video?

We have similar reading styles. I just like reading great stories, who they're typically targeted at doesn't matter to me. My all time favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird, from there I just go by what I re-read the most. (Not counting series because I re-read Harry Potter yearly). So then there's Doctor Sleep, The Devil's Arithmetic, Sharp Objects, American Gods, Normal People, The Road, We Have Always Lived in The Castle, Once and Future Witches, and Little Women.

I finished yesterday! gave it a 4/5 stars and am watching the HBO series now!! I knocked a star because it was slow at first, I didn’t love the southern setting, and I guessed most of the twist by the midway point… but MAN gillian flynn is a beautiful writer. I could not get over the ways she would describe things.
