ASMR Massage therapy in bed for people who want to melt away stress and fatigue

I prepared this special ASMR massage therapy so that people who are stressed and exhausted can fall asleep easily and peacefully. A very special therapy awaits you with realistic layered sounds, face and head massage, ASMR triggers, body massage and new and different techniques! Let's continue the conversation for more information:
I carefully created the triggers of today's video for you, just like a foley artist. This will be an experience that will really make you feel like you're lying on a bed and I'm actually doing the triggers right next to you! Even though this seems like a hard thing to do, it was really fun for me! Because my source of motivation comes from the good feelings and happiness you will receive.
Roller ball massage glove was a very new and fun trigger for me. It was especially relaxing to move it over the blanket and listen to the sounds it made. But still, my favorite were the layered sounds when I used this on the face. It was truly a very different and relaxing experience. I hope you liked it too.
The first idea that came to my mind while creating this video was to touch the blanket and make you fall asleep easily. But then it was really fun to use layered sounds at the highest levels and create a story for it. Especially applying different massage techniques, preparing a special mixture, and increasing the tingling sensation you will experience with new and different ideas were the things that motivated me the most.
That's why I want to dedicate this therapy to those who are stressed, tired, anxious, ADHD or insomniacs. Please enjoy this experience!

does anyone know if he happens to have any no-talking videos or can recommend channels similar to his that don't really talk? i find it hard to fall asleep when someone is talking because i end up focusing on their words😂

Most videos from 1yr-2yrs ago have minimal or no taking and more relaxing sounds. Imo the best ones are heart Chakra, solar plexus Chakra, fire healing, and baby stone. Anything with the cooler tones, rocks, or little wooden balls for the thumbnail is really good

It does that’s why therapists tell you not to speak negatively about yourself. Your brain can’t decipher between you saying something or someone else saying it.
