ASMR Reiki & Spiritual cleansing for anger relief before sleep

In today's reiki ASMR session I will try to relieve your anger and keep you on a happier frequency. You will see yourself lying in your bed and heal your soul with relaxing reiki techniques, ear massage and spiritual cleansing.
I know you really like POV videos. And I know this particular blanket is your favorite. So I think tonight will be great for you. At least if there is anger inside you that you cannot overcome, you will be in a happier mood tonight.
In your comments on my previous sessions, you said that you liked my special effects very much. I wanted to make a video in which I improved this and made it interesting with different movements. I think there's still a lot to be done. But this is a detail that encourages me to do more. By the way, my favorite was the part where I took the energy from your third eye, threw it to the left and exploded it. Which one was yours?
I had a few followers who wanted ear massages from this bed perspective. To fulfill their wishes and create a relaxation effect like the old days, I tried to add an ear massage experience to the video with layered sounds.
In fact, the first 50 minutes of this video are about anger relief. The next 2 hours are just a compilation of my old sessions. I think you will enjoy this compilation of sections with different and effective triggers for long-term relaxation and putting you to sleep. But don't worry, these will all consist of videos I made from the bed perspective.
I added a special part of the session consisting of healing music and delta waves. You will see that I am quite sleepy in this part and I am leaning on the bed and dozing off. I thought maybe this might make you feel like a good sleeping companion. I'll be waiting for your ideas and thoughts on this subject.
The last thing I want to say is that you somehow channel the anger inside you into a different path. The easiest way to do this is to focus on things that relax your soul and spend your time doing that. There may be many methods for this. But I believe that the solution to such issues lies within nature. Exploring a place, relaxing and thinking next to a beautiful lake, loving an animal, taking up a nice hobby... Healing your soul is in your hands!
