[ASMR] HOW TO REUSE THE LEFTOVER OF DASHI 2 | RECIPE | Takoshiho Cooks Japan

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I made 2 recipes using all up the leftover of dashi stock.
If you make your own dashi stock, this will help using all up;)

A SIDE DISH with used kelp

2 tbsp mirin
1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Instead of mirin, you can always use any type of sugar. If you don't want to use sake, you don't need to add anything. Just use same amount of water instead;)
