Me too! My grandparents have been there 5 times in their younger years. Their whole house looks like Egypt. Without the sand. lol Always been obsessed.

@Alexander The great Modern Egyptians have more sub-saharan DNA than ancient Egyptians. Ancient Egyptians clearly differentiated themselves from black Africans, which is clearly evident in different depictions of Egyptians and sub-saharan Africans, who were usually depicted with black face.

So well researched and delivered. I appreciate how much information you can pack into each episode and yet still speak at a thoroughly agreeable pace

The History Channel has sucked for a long time now....They're like every other channel now- shamelessly chasing ratings and money and abandoning their original purpose: Education.
