There's a few good recipes of it online. Another amazing Nigerian food is jollof rice 😍 I use the party rice recipe because its got a slight smokiness to it but once you get the hang of making it you can't stop. I have it all the time with fried plantains for lunch P.S love the joy division profile pic

If you have a detailed recipe for it that you recommend please feel free to share. I'm going to get my grandma to help me next time I cook it because all of past Nigerian dishes I've attempted to cook didn't turn out well but she told me don't give up 😅 Thank you also, they are one of my favorite bands.

the most peaceful and relaxing fufu video ive ever seen..

I never seen or heard of fufu before this, that looks deliciously prepared, I wanna try and make this for my mom and dad. This would be an interesting dish to make since my parents already come into the kitchen with me using up all the counter space and their reaction is "what are making now woodwood?" When I Try and make a dish I seen online 😅

I hope you see this. But i got my AncestryDNA test back and found out I’m Nigerian. And I went to try Eugusi Soup and Fufu… and I ate it with my hands and it was sooo good! Thank you for teaching me about fufu and being a bridge to my Western African heritage.

It’s extremely soft and soft of mushy so it’s easy to swallowing and digest without chewing ☺️ think of it as mashed potatoes but thicker!

@@KiaFree the flavors weren’t strong. It was a nice flavor at the beginning but I got tired of it within a few bites. it’s grainy. If that makes sense. I didn’t really like that. It’s made from pumpkin seeds, onion, garlic. I had chicken with mine, not turkey like she did.
