It's always so hard to slow my brain down before bed. Having these specific instructions at a faster pace gave my brain a place to channel all that extra energy 😅 Having the extra structure really helped me feel grounded and safe. Thank you 💕

Please make more of these faster instructions! I get distracted super easily (ADD), and this was perfect for that!! This was honestly the best ASMR video I think I've ever seen, Sarah!

There only are a few asmrtists who understand stress and how to relieve it, you are one of them. Being able to relax is to be focused on one thing, not anything else.

This was such a cool sequence of instructions and triggers! Super tingly and relaxing, I was so mellowed out by the end.😌I love your faster paced videos. Usually fast isn't my favorite, but there's something about the way you do it that is super comforting without being overstimulating. Thank you, I'm sure I'll have this one on repeat!❤

I absolutely love this, I will definitely watch before bed again. The instructions, clicking, tapping, mic scratching was all great!

As well as listening to your instructions, my eyes were looking at the books on the shelf behind, and I found both the ear and eye stimulation to put me right to sleep. Wonderful Sarah, thank you 😊

12:30 I'm so glad you commented on the missed spot that you didn't erase but made it look like you forgot to. My OCD brain really struggles to ignore those, so the fact that you did it intentionally made me feel better. I would also go erase those spots on the board after class, that's just typical of OCD. Great video btw.

@@jv.9261 same! Honestly I dislike when people do they stereotypical OCD for like a week cause they think its aesthetic, and will go around saying they have it even tho they show no proper symptoms and haven't been diagnosed like it really isn't something to take lightly.

I usually struggle with these when I am paying attention and trying to sleep, but when I put it on in the background the ASMR is INSANE

your eyelashes do look curled more at the base than I’ve usually seen in your videos. I think they look super cute, and it “opens your eyes” a bit more. Even though it’s subtle I think the difference is v complimenting to your face as well. Thx for ur content I struggle to sleep bc I cannot stop thinking. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
