If you want to help your gut, try going gluten-free for a few weeks. That's what I just did, and before I did that, my acne was really bad. Afterward, I was pretty much all clear. When I started eating gluten again, all the acne came back, and I just didn't feel as good as when I was gluten-free .

I’m a big fan of light triggers, and honestly the brighter the better for me. I enjoyed the light and slinky combo too. As well as the sticky tacky sounds!! The pop rocks were fun, I think I like them best with an open mouth in an O shape (which sounds weirdly specific haha but I think it echoes nicely that way)

Thank you for making these videos. I really needed this right now. I had a nasty interaction on Facebook this morning And I swear all these people were interested in were promoting violence And then started laughing at me because I was trying to promote nonviolent communication. And it left me with a pretty crappy feeling, which is kind of hanging on so here I am. I need some positivity and to be able to see somebody who is pleasant and supportive. That’s you. 🙂

The light triggers were an instant tingle for me so I would love to see them again in other videos. I also enjoyed the casual and experimental vibe of this video a lot, thank you for your hard work 🥰

Hey Sarah, love that you try new triggers! The sticky balls sounded really nice, and the light tunnel was very creative! Also, I once saw at W magazine ASMR that they did pop rocks while whispering. Was surprisingly tingly! Might give that a try next time :)

You can use the fidget balls as beauty blenders!!! Like grabbing the product from the back of your hand and the tapping by the screen as if your applying the foundation on!

Love the light triggers! Especially when paired with the glass tapping & whispers. My favorite light trigger was the mini circle in the glass pumpkin

Oddly, I appreciate when an ad is done in the same environment/outfit/makeup/etc as the actual video. Makes it feel more organic and less ‘scripted’ or ‘planned ahead’…idk! Big fan of how you do your ads

I love the light triggers, especially the direct brightness. My fav video of yours is still the doing random things to your face style personal attention, bc your hand sounds and movements (even the drier spit painting) are totally underrated!

Absolutely loved the sticky fidget ball! The way you handle them gave me so much ASMR!! I love the pop of them and I can’t wait to see you explore with them more! Maybe even putting more of the fidget balls in your hand at once? I also loved the slinky-I did not expect to get asmr from that, but I had tingles galore!! I am more visual with my tingle experience than I realize I think. I love mouth sounds and when you ate the pop rocks it reminded me of when you drink fizzy water from a can! Both great and a pairing of these two could be fun. I felt the light through different materials was a little too bright at moments, but I may just be sensitive since I have migraines. Others may be just fine with this! I just fast forwarded that part, so no worries. Thank you for your talent!!

inaudible whispers creep me out, lol. Thank you for another great video Sarah. I am a simple guy. I like the whispering, tapping, rambling. Not sure if you have tried to do tapping on a phone, they make amazing sounds. Front and back. Though I prefer the screen tapping myself. This aside. You always manage to figure it out and appeal to as many people as possible and that is awesome.
