I'm an acupuncture student!! The blue lines are the Yin meridians/channels (such as the lungs, heart, kidneys, etc) and the red ones are the Yang meridians (bladder, large/small intestines, stomach, etc)! Acupuncture works with the Yin and Yang energies of the body, helps them being in harmony. It's very interesting stuff but also kinda hard to learn hahaha and yes, the points at the tip of the fingers and toes do hurt 😂 they're called resuscitation points for a reason! LOVED this video ❤️❤️❤️

The chinese concept Yin and Yang also sort of mirror in some European language they have masculine (yang) and feminine (yin), I don’t know enough about it. But would be fun to find out more.
