Being calm and playing elden ring at the same time will always be impressive to me

A spell that required faith is known as an incantation. Incantations and spells are fundamentally different. You need a seal to cast an incantation and cannot cast them with a staff. I would recommend focusing only on casting spells rather than incantations. Spells are generally better and easier to use. It would be better to only level up intelligence as an offensive stat if your goal is to be a mage. Love the content! ❤

A simple tip that helped me a lot is if you hold the down button on the d-pad instead of tapping it it will bring you straight to your health flasks no matter what item you are on, this will let you heal quicker in intense situations.

Jellyfish is rlly good against Godrick too, any time you see the green cloud around his face, it shows he is poisoned and Mr Jellyfish has done his job! The poison doesn’t ware off so it’s OP. Also Godrick’s lore is that he is not powerful himself, so he has to steal things (body parts/powers) from others to be strong so you were absolutely right about him stealing other arms :))

@@RainessaASMR yeah! it can shoot off any spells you have in your slots and use any secondary weapons you have too :) so with my moonveil and staff, it can choose to shoot spells i have or use my moonveil spell :)

plz upload these more regularly and often!! I love these and love the vibe of Elden ring for asmr it fits perfectly for a nice cozy night with fun fantasy lore and action. I would recommend during action sequences to hold the controller away from the mic so there aren't a bunch of loud button spams during fights, those sometimes do pull me out of the experience when its loud battle button pushes not soft menu/action pushes. aside from that love everything abt these!

Usually faith users go a strength build, so I’d just use ur levels for Intelligence, Mind and Vigor :) What I did when I was pretty new was focus pretty much everything I had into intelligence and mind so I was a glass cannon basically 😂 Later on I had to rush a lot of levels into Vigor so my health would increase too bc bosses are just too powerful 😂😅😅

I just recently started a new Elden Ring playthrough as the astronomer class! I'm used to playing these games as a tanky character so it's definitely a change of pace, but fun so far

With bosses. The key is to learn their movements. With that multi armed boss. If you notice. He always does two little whirlwinds around him. Then a stomp with a big whirlwind around him. Then he shoots his blasts right after that. And when he does those blasts. Dive sideways. Not back or forward. It also looked like those tall pillars on each end blocked his blasts. Although he was able to break them with his swords. So I would prob try to attack him near a pillar. So you can duck behind them when his blasts are coming. Then if he gets close. Where he might reach you or the pillar. Evade around him and go back to the other side. And setup near another pillar. The one other thing that will help is to try to stay calm. Don't roll too much unless necessary to dodge an attack. If you roll too much. Your stamina will deplete fast. And you won't be able to run or dive when it really counts. Just some things to keep in mind. Hope it helps 😊 Thoroughly enjoyed watching you play. Love your lighthearted take and positivity about everything. And your ability to control your voice perfectly for an asmr video. Even in tense moments in the game 😅.

I haven’t seen it mentioned in the comments yet. You can summon a warrior to help with godrick, like Rogier, but I can’t remember her name. If you’re at the grace by godrick, go left, fight the troll and the two bad guys, then in that room stay to the left and I think it’s the second entrance she’s in a room, talk to her and exhaust her dialogue, then rest at same grace and then her summon symbol should be there at the entrance to godrick.

Keep your eyes peeled for a ruin with flowers in it, there is someone useful there for spellcasting. Also, to upgrade your weapons you will need smithing stones, you can find a lot in mines, which you can see on the map, where they look like small black holes on cliffsides.

When she dies to a boss: 🤭🤭 When I die to a boss: 😡🤬🤯

Great video Rain. I have a tip for you. Before the boss you can go through the path where that giant is and in some building you can find a character that you can talk to and then you will be able to summon her to the bossfight

Rain ! I would recommend having your sword on your right hand, and your staff on your left. The weapon you have on your right hand allows you to use R2 (strong attack) and L2 (special skill) since you just use your staff to shoot spells its better to do it with the other hand and allow your sword to have jump attacks and all the skills. PS love your videos 🔥

Love the series, you should know though that rolling makes you invincible so if you roll towards projectiles or sword swings you won’t be hurt even if it goes through you, if you keep that in mind I know you’ll be Elden lord soon enough😄

Nice ending! Would've been cool to see your reaction to Agheel swooping down. Try to roll just before you get hit, it gives you i-frames so you're invincible for a bit during the roll. The whirlwind Godrick throws goes through you. Think of all the tapping sounds he can make with those grafted hands 😂

OH, darling you completely forgot to level up your character and weapon. In the bottom right corner is, how much runes you have. Everytime you kill boss/enemy, you are getting runes, you have to collect them, unttil you can aford a level. You are leveling up, when you’re resting at side of grace. 1:03:25 you are too weak still for Godrick, recommended soul level is 30. You are upgrading a weapon by colletcing smithing stones and somber smithing stones. At roung table hold you can go to blacksmith to upgrade. Clasick weapon upgrade range is from 0 to + 25, somber weapon is 0 to + 10. You will have better scaling. I hope it helped 🙂

Hii Rain,I do recommend putting more points in vigor,your health is very tiny for this boss lol and upgrading your weapons in the blacksmith..you can acess the blacksmith on the roundtable hold via fast travel on the world map.Very relaxing and funny video lol keep it up!

Please continue to make these videos! I'm loving them so much! Many of us Soulsborne fans are so eager to watch peoples first playthroughs of these games! If possible you could try maybe Bloodborne or Dark Souls 3, I'm sure you'd enjoy them!

If you want to summon people to help with boss fight, use one of the furlfinger calling remedy things and gold summon signs will pop up if other players are wanting to be summoned to help. 👍🏼 Godrick's might be weird, though, since his summoning pool (those stone T shaped things that you can "activate") isn't right by his fog wall. 😅

Hey rain! Just a quick tip! If there’s a certain weapon you want to use, look at the bottom middle right of the screen, and you’ll see the levels in certain attributes needed in order to wield it! Love the elden ring videos!!!

Stick with magic because you can defeat bosses from a distance without getting hit as much. Best and most effecient spells are glintstone pebble, glintstone arc, glintstone cometshard, comet, and night comet as far as early and mid game. Comet azur will come later and is helpful for really hard bosses. You strengthen your magic by increasing Intelligence, and you get more magic availability by increasing Mind. You can use swords but unless you also increase Strength, your swords won’t be as strong. Vigor is health so increase that a lot. Next, when equipping armor you never want to be in “Heavy Load”, stay in “Medium Load” for best protection and speed. When choosing weapons, look at the scaling letters E (worst), D, C, B, A, S (best). So you want to pick weapons and staffs that scale highest with intelligence stat (B, A, and S). You can also see which weapons are strongest by changing the sort to attack power, likewise with armor by changing the sort to damage negation, however some weapons are heavy to carry and you won’t be able to unless you have a certain level of strength. If you’re doing magic, you won’t really use faith. They are two different skills and you won’t be able to level up both very much because soon you’ll need a loooot of runes just for 1 level up. I would suggest getting faith to 12 so you can use the “Flame, Cleanse Me” which heals poison and scarlet rot. That will be necessary later in the game. Good luck! It’s very tough but just keep at it.

This is kinda refreshing to see someone not raging at this game. If you’re going for a mage build don’t try to balance your stats. I’d personally Focus on these stats in order intelligence mind vigor strength endurance dexterity. At least get strength and dexterity to 18-20 as most beginning weapon require this. Focus on vigor mind and intelligence vigor is your health, mind is your MP, and intelligence gets you your damage. Keep in mind the worst thing you can do is try to balance stats. I’m guilty of trying and I didn’t get far😂 great content though!!

U beat agheel, the day was productive. Also u haven't explored all of limgrave friend, there's a map fragment on the right side of limgrave that u can grab, u can see it on the map. Also there's a whole area south of limgrave that i recommend u explore before fighting Godrick. There's a lot of goods to be found there and u need smithing stones to upgrade your staff.

I recommend you to get meteorite staff and rock sling magic. Best and most powerful combo for mage build in early game. I recommend u to spend runes on intelligence and mind.

@@RainessaASMR I’ve fought a ton… I just beat Rykard last night which is really difficult because he only takes damage from this specific weapon so I had to learn how to use it efficiently. 20 deaths later and i beat him though :))
