I just wanted to say, I recently just lost something very close to me. And i have not been able to sleep,or eat. listening to you tell us to relax and not to worry about anything for a while was very genuine and i love it. I feel like i haven’t had time to grieve because school and exams are in the way. Also, this has made me hungry again! Thank you for your videos!
