How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

While I'm not a big fan of fluffy mic scratching, I adore the way you scratch. It's not a random scratching all over the mic, it's like an head massage with a focus on the temples. I love it 🥰

Never thought I’ve come to love asmr videos til I found you. I always thought asmr videos were kind of ridiculous cuz I didn’t really feel anything when I would come across them. But since I’ve been having trouble sleeping I was desperate and out of all the asmr videos I would listen to, you’re actually the one to get me to sleep. Your asmr videos are just perfect in my opinion, I don’t know why I haven’t come across you sooner. Definitely subscribing.
