ASMR is created to help people relax, unwind and in some cases sleep.
In some, it can also trigger a pleasant tingling sensation, that starts in the top of the head and radiates throughout the chest.
These feelings are influenced by certain triggers, mostly sounds, such as whispering, speaking softly, turning pages, crinkling packaging, hair brushing and many more.
The ASMR artist (person making the video) will often perform simple tasks in a calming environenment which can help you take your mind of any worries and concerns that can keep you awake.

Oh my goodness, did I really want to record this again. I apologise for the poor quality. I was tabling at my first convention and left filming this to the last minute. Sadly most of what's here is sold but if you guys like this and want to see more, then I will definitely do a much better job next time!!!
