ASMR is created to help people relax, unwind and in some cases sleep.
In some, it can also trigger a pleasant tingling sensation, that starts in the top of the head and radiates throughout the chest.
These feelings are influenced by certain triggers, mostly sounds, such as whispering, speaking softly, turning pages, cringling packaging, hair brushing and many more.
The ASMR artist (person making the video) will often perform simple tasks in a calming environement which can help you take your mind of any worries and concerns that can keep you awake.

asmr is great and I love this game, so I merged the two and saw this video. I expected some of the vids to be dumb roleplay, but this is amazing!

I'm getting a summer job just to buy a PS4 and this game. I love this games aesthetic and setting, and Aloy from what I've seen is queen sarcasm and wit.

Another game (or rather, series of games) I highly suggest to you from an artistic standpoint is Dishonored. Especially in the second and its stand-alone expansion Death of the Outsider there really is a wealth of artistic value not found in any games to date. From the environments to the characters and level design, it really is jaw dropping. Some serious artists working at Arkane studios.
