Hey Sarah I hope you’re doing okay & hoping things have gotten easier for you🤍 I have a question. if you feel comfortable enough to answer, could you possibly share your thoughts on how it’s been being someone with BPD & being on methadone? I too have BPD & have been off heroin for 6 years but have also been on methadone that long as well, and I’ve noticed that when I’m not on methadone, my BPD symptoms get significantly worse. I am going down but I’m thinking of staying at a stable low dose to help me with my symptoms. Again, only if you feel comfortable enough, would you mind sharing or even posting a video about it ? Btw, I’ve been a part of your family for years and I’m so very proud of you, and I’m sending you love & light. Thank you for always being your authentic self 🤍

Hey Sarah I hope you’re doing well, you look so healthy, hope your thyroid replacement hormone therapy is going better than mine lol. I have a suggestion that goes with your other videos I just hope I can catch you on your latest. The fishbowl effect, could you use a filter on the camera like even saran wrap between your hands or something to make it look even more fishbowly.

I frequently have to do Debrox treatments on my ears, as I have excessive wax problems.
