I'm loving the new setup; it has the same feel as the Shine Dungeon but with a more homey and personal twist! I also appreciate the bits of information and "teaching" you intertwine into the ASMR. It's really interesting and awesome to see an expert drop knowledge regarding their craft. Because of your videos, I got into shoe shining and slowly built up my kit! Keep up the awesome work man, your videos are top-notch!

I think what I’m really taking from your videos, besides sweet tips and sounds, is no matter what you’re most passionate about, go do it. Great video and so happy to be a subscriber. 👍🏼

Your videos are so relaxing man. Liking the sound of the 2nd mic.

Well you keep raising the bar of superiority. Your soft voice, the sound of the brush hitting the shoes, the sound of the conditioner being applied to the brush, the quick brushing motions, and of course, that great hair of yours moving around (let it loose, man) all add to one of your best videos yet. I think I've watched it five times already.

You always have such a passion in you, when you polish and re-new those shoes! Thats how it comes across in those videos atleast. Also, thank you for explaining stuff! Really enjoyed this, keep it up. 💯

Advertisements in the middle of ASMR videos are like someone barging in on you during your "alone time". Anyways, keep up the great work. Really enjoy these videos. I recently got into ASMR videos, and more recently the shoe shinning ones in particular. 👍🏼 (2nd mic is a great addition btw)

I thought those were around $60-90 shoes until I searched it up and saw that the shoes were actually $350

Did Nordstrom's ask you to no longer produce videos on its property, or was this just a choice you made to take control of your production? I liked the shine stand videos, and the shine dungeon videos each for their own uniqueness, and like this as well. I appreciate that you're now doing before and after photos and enhanced production. You're growing audience with the new stuff. Congrats!

Thank you! I was asked not to film on the sales floor and with all of the uncontrollable variables in the shine dungeon, I chose to start filming at home. I hope to be able to film at the shine stand again some day. But I don't think that's an option anymore. 🤷‍♂️

I was actually surprised it went on as long as it did on the sales floor and in the dungeon. The dungeon is cool but not ASMR friendly and also not equipment friendly. And by this point you have a whole bag of stuff to set up for filming. Also, while it was a bit of free advertising, it wasn’t something in Nordstrom’s control. And once you got to 100k subs, you were actually starting to make a little money from the videos (good for you). All that adds up to: home shine dungeon. I put you on in the background at work when I’m writing or working on projects. I also know how to shine shoes now. 🙂 Good luck with the channel.
