What is ASMR? According to Wikipedia:
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

This is my favorite so far. I love the ambient whispers. Like thw type of whispers that you would hear when you're in a class and you hear your teacher whispering to the other students.

My absolute favourite asmr trigger is when you point and trace on the reading charts or any kind of chart for that matter, it’s unmatched relaxation!!!

So glad to have an extended video of your unintelligible whispers! I've got alot on my mind that I'm struggling with and I havent been getting enough sleep. This has helped me relax alot but my body won't let me fall back asleep. Hopefully I can fall asleep to it tonight like I want to 🥰 Edit: last night I was tired but not tired enough to fall asleep on my own so I went to the gym. Spent about an hour in the gym and when I got out i was sore and tired so thought I'd be able to fall asleep. Nope, ended up staying awake another half hour. I decided to give thos video another shot and boom, asleep within 40 seconds.
