I also found her around that age and I’m also 22. I think I found her in 8th grade when I dislocated my knee and couldn’t fall asleep lol. Although I’ve found a couple asmrtists that I enjoy, I always find myself coming back to heather’s videos

@@dfreshMC I think she got tired of the KZread algrrythms. (I can't spell that word right now...lol) and the erotic style asmr thats popular now. Also, I remember she had health problems. Some kind of skin thing on her face. 😔 I love Heather. She never changed her style. She didn't have to. She's one of the best. I miss her dearly. She was the first ASMR artist that I listened to. Her videos helped and still help with my depression and anxiety. Her videos also helped me quit smoking. No joke.

I used to suffer from terrible insomnia but ever since I've been listening to your videos (about a year now) I can sleep just fine, when I told my doctor about this he was amazed and is now recommending these videos to his other patients. So I wanted to let you know how much your videos help me and others like me, keep up the great work. :D

@@HugoStiglitz88 Because this is not where it comes from. The VSCO girl "sksksksk" thing is meant to be from mashing your phone keyboard with your thumbs as an excited reaction to something. The spoken version that they do then stems from that. It had literally nothing to do with ASMR.

What!?

This is incredible, why isn't this stuff being developed for first person video games? I could just imagine intricate rails for a binaural mic to move through a set. I suppose simulated surround sound is the same idea but this is so much more powerful. I don't understand how but it's like I can feel the breath on my skin. Imagine how powerful that could be in something like a death scene with a characters last whispers.

Brian Therkildsen I think (although I'm not an audio expert) they could easily convert it to single channel audio and have that be the default with a binaural setting as another preset, also your comment begins with 'plus' and then a comma. Was there a part of your comment that was lost? or a previous one I'm not seeing?

i keep trying other asmrtists but I always end up coming back to this channel! your videos and your voice are just a bit softer (not so much in volume but in tone) and they're a lot better for sleep, I find.

God, no one can give me tingles like she can. I love asmr and I find it very relaxing, but I don't really get tingles anymore for years now. Every once in a while I will get a few, but only heather can still consistently give me full scalp tingles. I have to ration her content so I can still come back every once in a while and still get the full effect.

This video is just too good. Great work, and thanks for taking the time to not only fix the loud noise, but to re-upload something this long.

This is the first ASMR video that includes whispering that actually made me relaxed. Kudos, you did amazingly.

Heather, thank you very much for spending all this time shooting and editing all these videos. ASMR Artists like you have helped me a lot to deal with anxiety and insomnia, so I've got no words to say how I feel when I remember that you dedicate all this time, energy, creativity and attention basically to make us feel better. I "discovered" ASMR about one year ago and I watch your videos almost every day. Even though I may never get to know you, in person, I have to tell you that you have been a real good friend when I am feeling anxious and uncomfortable.

I stumbled across this channel when I was around 10, 7 years ago. I thought asmr was weird at first but I adjusted to it and began to love it. I remember showing one of heathers videos to one of my cousins around the same age as I and she thought it was the weirdest thing ever, lmao

This was wonderful. I was falling asleep and got to the part where you said you sounded like lil John and started laughing. Your voice is so relaxing and peaceful.

The "bubblegum bubblegum in a dish..." part was insanely triggering. I remember that triggering me when I was a kid too. Would it be possible for you to do a whole video dedicated to like hand-game chants and stuff? Maybe some kind of role-play? Excellent video, I love your stuff :)

Two things put you on the top of my favorites list; 1. No doors in the background (door sounds, no matter how faint, always jar me back to "reality", and 2. Whatever that super-quiet cloth sound is (could be hair on cloth?) ... I sometimes hear it when you're switching sides. It's a key component.

I always get tingles when I watch this but is it normal for me to tense or does it show that I am not relaxed by this? I love your videos!!

WHERE IS HEATHER FEATHER??? I have the worst luck.. I just discovered this amazing soul.. and then realized she disappeared 10 months ago.. lol Her voice is the most magical, whimsical and love filled voice I've ever heard.. I don't know why but if an asmr video is good enough ( this one :3 ) Instead of tingles I get this super intense tickling? Sensation inside my chest and my tummy 😆anyone else get this or am I just weird 😂XD

This has been the only ASMR video that has given me tingles! The tips of my ears were on complete edge. I think it's better not being able to see the person move around the microphone, it gives off a lot more suspense. Whispering is also a lot better!
