loving the idea of these! noticed that in the beginning there was brushing and breathing, both B words, it would be a cool concept to include exercises in the beginning that correlate to the letter the video focuses on! I also love how you specify that you don't have to follow the breathing exactly and do it at your own pace as that's always stressed me out a little 😅

Hi I hope your doing well, I've cut my hand with wood by accident yesterday and Mr C helped me cuz me and my classmates were in forest school and I cut my hand on a piece of wood it really hurt it still does a little bit this helps me wind down and relax so thank you so much x ❤
