@@HollyG-cm2xu The first version has been done and has been submitted to my university. The good news is, it got a 98/100 so I was very happy with that. I'll most likely be uploading the first version as unlisted and provide the link somewhere in the future. If I make a public version, it would be a version with a higher budget. 🙌

I have a big trouble falling asleep. I am tired during the day but even if i don't take a nap because I'm so tired.. I am fully awake at Night. Like right now it is 5:20am here And I'm still not tired. I even cleaned the house to make myself tired! But now that i've been watching your videos every Night my eyes get sore after like 10 minutes And i can't keep them open so thank you! I just Hope i don't have insomnia😅

A trigger I think you’d be great for is anticipatory triggers. Not sure if you’ve heard of them but it’s like doing a trigger (for example tapping) and then stopping to build anticipation and then going again. Great vid btw
