I have similar cards handed down from my grandfather that I want to get graded. What’s the pricing per card to have graded? Should I go through PSA? Any tips for a first timer

Sounds exciting! I would recommend PSA if you plan to resell anything -- resale value will be the highest with PSA. If you don't really care about resale and just want to know what condition the cards are in and to confirm that none or are trimmed or fake, SGC can be a good alternative -- they are very quick and fairly cheap. The cost to grade at PSA depends a bit on whether your'e a member or not. I'm assuming you're not, so the price to grade would start at $25 per card for cards valued less than $500. I often submit cards that are worth more than the limit -- PSA can choose to charge you more for grading if your card is worth more than the limit.
