Thanks for the compliment ! I pretty much just call it 'Machinima', because people kind of know the word :) Most everything is hand-animated in Maya (except some of the physics!)

One of the reasons why I often need one & half a year to return to WoW for like 6 months is also because I cannot get Scarablord. WoW Classic was the best time of my gamerlife. And back then I didnt even knew or noticed there is such a thing as the black battle tank. Depression pure if you find out about it.

On our server twas the opposite: Horde was finished and Alliance then got carried by the top Horde guild despite having higher pop.

his version of 2006 don't really match my memories ; a week after the patch nobody could be arsed to bother with the war effort and blizz had to implement an auto-completion.

These Machinima's are getting clean and very well done with their editing and animations.. I'd be down for a serious lore vid about anything. Someone's upbringing or some such. But this is amazing..I member back in the day when machinimas had the stock wow engine animations for everything and that was it. This is beautiful

Idk why it was just the horde but nothing makes me happier than holding the aq gates for no reason, on my server we weren't even going for scarab lord, a lot of people just wanted an excuse to take a break from the game or even better, start leveling an alt.

Well back in the day getting a blue ment something, Hell getting my first epic felt insane, Nowadays you get blue's and epic left right and centre so now we just expect it you know.

That AQ 2020 mining story was more emotionally gripping than Shadowlands plot

It was the other way around on Mankrik. The biggest horde guilds made alts on alliance to get their war effort done for them.

God damn that was a good one. GJ Gorak :D

On Pagle US, an alliance guild prepared and tried having all the mats ready on both horde and alliance day 1. They miscalculated how much was needed so we needed to wait. Then bliz miscalculated how long the invasion should last for and we had to wait a few more hours for that to be done.

Its amazing how rewarding vanilla was, i dont think anyone will be able to replicate the accidentally genius it was vanilla gearing

I agree on that blue gear comment in vanilla. I remember having that blue blanket cape on my warrior (I played day 1 vanilla) in whatever zone I was in at the time I was looked at like a god.

I still have a quest from the opening, I dont want to get rid of it now

Only thing missing is that "Guild Master" should have been "Streamer"

As someone who has went back and forth between factions this comparison is fairly accurate. Alliance players generally are your speed through to get to the end folk, where Horde players tend to be more we'll get there when we get there types. Neither is better than the other, but I have had much much more fun in Horde guilds than I have in Alliance ones.

lul accurate. in classic us on horde didn't give a shit about hte AQ opening. We were more focused on PVP and other shit. The alliance had to make alts to turn in shit for our side.
