VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *LVRCH CAPITAL* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

The importance of advisors is often overlooked until emotions interfere with decision-making. I can vividly recall a few summers ago, amidst a prolonged divorce, when I urgently required support to keep my business afloat. Seeking out licensed advisors, I found someone exceptionally qualified. Despite facing inflation, she significantly contributed to increasing my reserves from $275k to $850k.

Alot of millionairs get defensive when you ask them how they got it. Kinda makes you think if the only way to get there is to do something shady or illegal.

Just invest in cash flowing real estate and quality dividend paying stocks. Have a long term time horizon. Consistently doing those three things should make most people millionaires.

In 40 years maybe doing this you'll have $1 million... people don't understand that investing a piece of your paycheck will NOT make you rich unless you get lucky and find a good stock. Or you make multiple six figures. To get rich you need to start a business so you can bring in enough money that actually makes sense to invest. If you base this on the average salary and they tell you to save 10% or around $500/month it will take you 40 years at an average return to make $1 million. Now, in times where you have people like this guy and other influencers making $1 million in a month, it is absolutely stupid to trade 40 years of your life for that. Look at all the world's richest people. None of them got there by investing a piece of their paycheck into dividend stocks lol they are all business owners who made their money first and then invested

insane how he started work at mcdicks as a 17 yr old flipping burgers, how he and his family own 69 mcdonalds. definitely made the right decision to start franchising when he did...now im sure its almost impossible to open up a mcdonalds

Its not. I am in franchising too and its very rewarding. I also run another business. The clients who think its “impossible” typically dont become successful. Our clients who are more open to seeing all the possibilities typically bcome very successful. They r more optimistic and really know how to see value.

Dude why would you say that...it's not...."almost impossible" entrepreneurs don't think like that. Save $ start it with family or biz partner, lots of folks own 1 francise...they give you literally how to run it...it's just hard hard work and discipline. I wouldn't build wealth that way b/c I think the food is horrible for people and leads to obesity and other diseases so morally not into it.

@@f3mcell373 all I can say is if you think it is impossible- then it is. Start where you are. I did not start by looking at a $2million franchise. Just 4 yrs ago i started much lower but i can do much more now. These entrepreneurs started where they were. The guy with 50 Franchises did not start at 50. He started at 1.
