@@abhishek6575 Not as a freshman but later years down the line definitely most people can get ahead by hardwork they put in.. The reason I said not as a freshman it's because doesn't matter how well prepared you are all or how good you are at solving problems.. Companies will still prefer a student from IIT rather than of tier-3.. Same company who hire students from IIT and going to other NIT will offer less package to what they offered IIT grads.. It's just how it is.. They know how hard they worked for getting into these colleges..
