Most of these people from tier 3 or 4 colleges who are currently working in faang had very good internships at reputable firms so it's natural that they get a call from these companies.

Some KZreadrs are suggesting to use python for coding interviews so that we can complete the coding questions with less effort . So, I started grinding leetcode with python. But I’m little confused -- as a experienced developer I’m applying for Full stack /java/UI developer roles in company portals and my concern is that - in my coding interview, can I use python in it even though I’m a java and js developer? And if anyone knows what kind of interview rounds do we have for experienced candidates, please share.
