Asking For Help 2.0 | Monday Motivation
Today I wanted to revisit this concept of asking for help. Looking at what's going on right now and something I experienced over the week made me take a deep hard look at asking for help and how I need to do better. Hence Asking for Help 2.0 my emotional software has been upgraded.

I've watched a lot of your videos so far and being a mental health therapist myself, I noted how positive and fun and comedic your videos are and I couldn't quite tell if you were being fully authentic. I really, really appreciate your honesty AND vulnerablity in this one.
What a great video. At 66 and mobility limited, I have finally gotten to the point where I not only let people help me but actually ask for help. So very true.
You are so brutally honest. I love it. This is what we need to go back to. I am too, and lost people, but I have to be true to me. You are awesome.
I’m able bodied just turned 50 and always have had difficulty asking anyone for help. No one is perfect and we all have things to work on. Love your videos!
