Oh really? Islam gives man right to beat his wife, allows him to marry 4 times without permission from his first wives, divorce by just saying divorce divorce divorce. She gets 1/8 inheritance from husband, 1/2 as compared to her brothers. Her testimony is half as much as man, she is deficient in intelligence. Are these rights?

@49:49 😂 I agree. Subcontinent culture especially wedding customs are mind boggling. I really want to know which part of Pakistan have this custom where bride’s family has to send breakfast on next day of wedding. Many Pakistani dramas are promoting this recently.

It's very much unfortunate that women are hopeless in our society and always need dependency in the shape of father/brother/husband or son. As I married a foreigner and it was difficult for me to come out of the mindset that women need to do the dishes or clean and manhandle work, like a typical man thinking. It took me years to change my mindset that even household work is not only for women, but it's also a joint responsibility and there is no shame to do dishes or do domestic work at home.

Allahmdullilah My best is shia and his 2 brother including him married with Suni Girl ( love marriage ) and they all are happily living ..even there was tough situation but it was never about Suni shia thing , it was all mainstream sans susar issue .. My frnd's Parents are too Nice with all 3 her daughters so does their Parents as well and its been more than 10 years combine of all 3. and I have never heard anything regarding Shia sunni things !

Hi Junaid, First of all hats off to you for tackling these difficult topics but I have few suggestions which might be helpful. Off-course, this is you podcast and you have a all the right to talk on however you want to but for few question you go in detail which diminishes the answer that you have provided. Lets take the example of the first question, you have talked for 16 minutes and your answer was of only 2 minutes. It is understandable that you want to talk about those issues in detail but after 24 episodes few things are becoming repetitive. I personally feel that you can tackle 10 questions in detail where you can join in similar and smaller questions and talk about them. If I want an answer for my problem I would like to go straight to the answer. I also know you are trying to educate people but it is this randomness in the answers which makes it hard for someone who is actually looking for the answer to their particular problem. It is probably good for us as an audience but for the person who has sent the email he/she is just waiting to get the hair out of all of this butter. In the second question you did not even read the question fully before going into all the Nuisance. This is making all of this experience really bad. This is my personal opinion. I still watch all of your videos but I think bringing some structure into this will be helpful to this segment in the long run.

Hi ' i went for higher education to England at 2012 their i met a turkish girl from izmir we both were in same course , also we lived at same floor, diff flats ofcourse we met in lab sessions and from their on we start eating together and watching movies visiting each other place also made many common fiends we used to talk for hours and hours, in second year his father came to visit and she told him about our friendship he thought we are dating so he came to me and said if you like and if you re a real man you should marry her , i became shocked and told her about what his father said to me in private she became little upset as i was taking this all in fun i thought she is upset due to his dad but actually inside she liked me and she was upset due to my non serious attitude i came to know this through our common friend as she told, to double checked i asked her directly that do you like me and suddenly she said yes i do and i want to marry you,spend my life with you i became shocked, she was extremely attractive so i couldnt said no i dont like you, actually I also said i love you inside i never saw her more than friend also my plan was to marry a pakki kurri not turkish lol but later on i also start developing feeling for her we became more close , i was afraid that we will fall in any sin so i talked with my parents and she with her we arranged their meeting in dubai as her parents used to visit dubai every summers for vacation and my family was settled in dubai so perfect place to meet now is the interesting part when our parents met of course they liked each other , my parents was bit open mined also her parents, So we got engaged now our other relatives and her relatives start envolving now discussion on sect firka started taking place in town ofcourse she was hanafi sunni and i was shia jafari we never discussed this before but our relatives had keera her relatives were bit open towads this issue as compared to mine (typical pendu) my khala was very much against this marriage as she had issues with outer sect marriage keh bachay kesay rahay gy bacho ka kia firka hoga , i said khala jo unki marzi hogi my father was very supportive my mother was bit confused but she was happy with my happiness her father also asked me that if I have issues with their sect tell me now but i took him in confidence and we got married in thrid year i got job in UK we start living there we had a vey beautiful son hashim now after birth of my son her family and my family both become very concious about his sect wo hanfi hoga ya jafari we both dont really care but our parents do as he is growing dono families ne khsosi uski poppo aur meri khala g the greatest ne naak my dam kr raka hy what we should do jab bhi hum hashim ko naniyal ya dadiyal le jatay hain they start his tabligh he is very confuse i am afraid hashim will become athiest as he is fed up from both sects forcing him my is dar se aur bachay bhi paida nahi kr raha Some advice will help

First,talk to those people and tell them not to talk about firqa and stuff to ur kid strictly. if they don't get it,cut off with them. Second,tell ur kid not to pay attention to them and get distant. Don't let them ruin his innocent mind.

Bhai your story was very long. If you want suggestions then teach you children that sect which you and your wife can both agree upon. Listen to your loved ones. Not from whole family. And make babies as much you want... Wasalam

There is family court in every district in india which resolve this type of family issues..In matter like divorce these courts are more inclined towards women rights and compensation .in 99%precent case women get easily custody of children with compensation...But still there r lot to reform against patriarchy
