hi (from Denmark) Alastair, I'm on the same journey as you with changing habits around food, travel, environment/climate, animal welfare etc. etc. and i recognize the dilemmas and challenges. Thank you for the cookbook reference - it's one of my main challenges moving to a meat/dairy free diet - how to cook interesting food!
