FF2 is my all time fave from performance, durability and design. I owned 4 pairs and that shoe needs to live on forever.

Have you tried FF3? Is FF2 more durable than FF3? I need new shoes and Im between these 2 models.

Also, you should do some insights on the pro tournaments, since you're such a great youtuber 😉, you would definitely ace (unintended pun) those videos.

I already have Gel Resolution 9 but just bought Solution Speed FF2 because it was on sale. I don’t care if it is old as long as it performs well. ASICS make best tennis shoes!

great video as always! comparing with FF2 i have to say that FF3 is 1/2 size bigger and feels a bit roomier, even if both compared side by side, FF2 seems wider. prolly cause of the mesh textile on FF3 VS plastic /tpu of FF2. at my size (46,5 european sizing), wearing FF3 i have to use thicker socks or throw an insole inside. comparing weight, it is and FEELS even lighter! for reference purposes on asics sizing chart, i have also used asics resolution 9 on clay (46,5), it has a more snug fit than FF3 on same size (46,5). in conclusion, solution FF3 so light, equipped with a running shoe characteristics and performance, it makes you wanna play with different style .

Loved that you compared to the gel resolutions. I have the boss resolution which is 🔥 but seeing this Makes me Want to try it out. Looking forward to seeing if you'll replace your resolution with these. Your slice back hand is so nice BTW.

Nooo… Why did they switch to mesh? As a clay court player, I know that these are going to tear before the profile is gone… I cannot use these anymore. I either need to find a pair of FF2s or I am forced to switch to the Court FF3…

Cool review! Different topic, are you (or your students) still using the xpand belt? Do u still recommend it or is it one of those things that will get forgotten in your basement?

No worries Javi! The Asics tennis socks are actually some of the best I’ve used as they have a little padding in all of the right places!!

Love the dedication! I’m really happy for Jannik, he’s on fire! Although I felt that Novak wasn’t himself, something was off, you have to give credit to Jannik for keep the foot on the gas and not giving him an inch.

I actually prefered the FF1. The felt lighter and speedier. I recently tried the FF3. The felt really confortable out of the box. Havent try them yet on court but i think they will feel great.

How is the cushioning? when cut in half reviewers have found quite a decrease in thickness in the FF3, did you feel any hardness in the foot sole?

Currently have 5 pairs of the FF2, and do not like how the FF3 looks. It looks like a lower cost option. Will switch to the Resolution in the future. FF2 was my favourite show since the Barricade 5.

I'm a long time user of the Court version of this Asics shoe. Will you do a review of them as well??

Do you noticed a big difference in terms of cushioning and comfort? Comming from Gel Challenger 13, trying to decide between GR9, S. Speed or Challenger again. Trying on in a store didn't give me too much information... Thanks in advance!

If you are tall and 90+ kg...stay away from it. It does not support heel impact running forward and stop. I gained injury plantan faciatis on my left foot and took me over a year to get rid of it. I even noticed few days ago that my right foot is in danger. Just ordered Court FF3 Novak version. It has more support for the heel. My 2 cents.
