Welcome to The Gel Lyfe - I started this channel as I've been a "sneakerhead" most of my life and built a solid sneaker collection of around 200 pairs.. BUT feel the "scene" has lost any REAL sense of community and sick and tired of seeing the same kicks online or on feet. Namely Jordan 1 (fukin Mids!), Nike Dunk Lows and Yeezy Peezy 350's!
So I started a mission to sell my entire collection and just focus on my favourite sneaker of all time... the Asics Gel Lyte 3!

Great video! I have my eyes on both the Wasabi and FootPatrol's, as well as the Silver Screens and a couple others. Prices are high but I understand why. These pairs are amazing and have high quality materials and stand out from the crowd, for sure! Can't wait to see the top 10 and if any of them are some of which I'm hunting down!

Cheers brother! Gonna get the top 10 done in the next couple weeks! Had a mad month. And yeah those Wasabi’s get better every time I look - gotta love GL3s, so many interesting Collabs and colourways!

@@thegellyfe 100%! Stoked to see the new video and fully understand that life happens and things take time brother! and yes, the GL3 is an amazing shoe and so many have collabed on it. I Love them all it seems but I have at least 6 on my radar right now from a few years back that Im hoping to cop sometime soon but I do have a couple really nice pairs. I just started getting GL3's and have no intentions of stopping any time soon! Keep up the great work and again looking foward to the top 10 video!

hey i was wondering if you knew how older gel lyte iii's hold up if they have not been worn? do they crumble or fall apart if worn after like 5-10 years? i have a few i have not worn.

Hey! I’ve never experienced any crumbling myself - but I always wear my kicks and even the older ones I buy are used.. have had some DS around 3-4 years old and no problem.. I think you’ll be fine tbh!

Putting the koi that low I’m interested to see what’s in the top 10 as IMO they a top 10 shoe but then again i am a bit biased to AFEWS collabs haha.

@@thegellyfe for me it’s the story, it’s not just a nice colour way, I think most from The 25th anniversary are highly regarded but I love the fact it was a custom Afew shoe before they actually got to collab. Although I’ll agree it’s not worth resell prices! But don’t think many shoes if any worth nearly a grand!
