I made the Spicy Mongolian Beef and Honey Sriracha (with turkey instead of chicken). My friend held his mother's memorial service yesterday at home and I brought meatballs, they were well liked by all. I kept half of each batch at home; my husband and I ate them all up just by snacking on them. I hope to try the 3rd meatball soon. Thanks for always sharing such fun, easy and tasty recipes. I am so happy to see how far you have come from when I first started watching your videos when you first started.

I tried the Mongolian beef just now and it’s delicious! That combination of salty, sweet and spicy (not too hot). It’s so easy to make! I regret not having spring onions though, i bet it would’ve tasted better. (I also added a fried egg on top of my rice, just cause! 😊) thank you!
