I’m guess I’m not the only one here leaving posts that are pretty similar. The problem is china! They are redirecting water from the Mekong and the Brahmaputra, causing untold devastation downstream.

Set up Mekong Basin Water Authority to design a Sustainable system (bearing in mind, China, Laos, Cambodia is storing a lot of water). Create lakes to store water, gates to keep fresh water in, sea water out. Build BYPASS canal should there be a deluge upstream. (Avoid floods, and store rainwater from typhoon 🌀) Factories will need centralised water treatment, negotiate with Cambodia, Laos on water quality protection. Build pipeline system to use water by ALLOCATION. Get rice farmers, aquaculture to be efficient, use contract farmers while they look for higher yield work, contract or business. BIG JOB. No doubt the Cholon people can succeed. 🤣👮‍♂️
