It would be so easy to be jaded about your twin brother being a huge celebrity, and on top of that, you being born with health challenges. But this man is living life and grateful for it, and now helping others. What a total legend and inspiration!!! What an exceptional person.

But not jaded from jealousy Jaded from lack of privacy No one wants to be thrown into the spotlight like that especially someone with a disability I also have cerebral palsy so I know where he’s coming from When you have a noticeable disability you get one of two reactions out of people Relentless bullying or people who wanna baby you all the time and never take you seriously about anything like you’re a child No one wants to be treated that way disability or not 💯

@@AnnieWarbux Sorry but how do you know hard hard Michael has had “it”? Illness and experiences related to disability such as discrimination, bullying, microagressions, literally not being afforded the same opportunities as other people, having low self esteem, constantly getting knocked back, people assuming you’re stupid, etc. are just a handful of the endless things disabled (physically and mentally- including people with trauma and mental health issues) go through on a daily basis. It’s impossible to compare one person’s experience to another, since so much of us suffer in silence and most struggles are never spoken about. Trust me, I would know.

The fact that they are able to keep some aspects of their lives private is awesome. Also I commend the entire family for a the the struggles they have overcome. The twin with CP you sir are a hero. I battle severe depression, anxiety and PTSD and it doesn’t compare, I have trouble making it through each day. My only wish would be to be surrounded by love like the love you all have, maybe then it wouldn’t be so bad. But when your alone 24/7 and no one want you anyway sorry you have a wonderful family great support system and I wish you nothing but the best

He's probably the strongest person closest to him that his brother knows. After having all the ease of being "the normal one" and experiencing his own health issues, why wouldn't he be reflective on his brother's struggles and indifference to his own condition? That's respect. That's human. Very admirable. Ashton Kutcher has come a long way since getting married and portraying Steve Jobs

As an outsider it's heartwarming to see the closeness between these siblings. Not everyone has such a strong family bond. It's wonderful to see MIla and Aston stay strong in view of his health scare. It could've turned into a life long debilitating struggle. Reminds me of Michael J. Fox and his wife, Tracy they obviously took their vows, in sickness and in health to heart .Compare that against other married celebs who dump their spouses at the drop of a hat or trade in their old wives for younger models. Getting a divorce is effortless for some, like changing soiled underwear. J Lo, Kimho & West, The Bradys, Holmes and Robach, Fergie and Josh, many other examples. Since they live their lives in the public spectrum they're fair game for ridicule.

Fun Fact : Ashton Kutcher went to school to be a doctor at U of I, but was more interested in Biochemical Engineering (creating medicine) partly due to his brother. He became a model as a dare between friends, but left college for his modeling career, and his alcohol use. It's good to see he's keeping true to his word to his brother in the end.

My brother also has cerebral palsy and I commend them for speaking out and bringing more awareness. There’s a lot of guilt in having a sibling with a disability and a lot of heartache as it’s not easy especially as a child to watch your brother go through so much pain. Hopefully they can use their platform to raise money for more research on how to prevent and treat cp.

Me and my twin have same story . I was born with bad heart and about to get my fourth heart transplant at 22 . My sister was born normal . We are inseparable we do everything together ❤I also was give 1 year at birth and my last transplant I flatlined and saw heaven . Edit : I just saw the comments ty all for the love and support. I understand that people would get triggered for something I can’t control. I accept people have different religious views and don’t believe me. Im a psychic for living . After my near death experience at 11 I developed a understanding and knowing for this world I purposely came down here. When I flatlined I went back to the Creator. Everything was white pure light I was just my soul. I was ascending for what felt like minutes. Then god telepathically told me it’s not my time and I’m needed here . I got knocked back into my body at light force and woke up in a coma 3 days later on the Ventilator. So heaven from my experience is going back into light . My souls original state of being .
