Ashley, I wish you'd come back to competing one more season. there's no one like you who skates as a performer and a woman. We need that present pleasure and inspiring example. I re-watched a couple of your former skates last week, and there were tons of comments like "who is this? I've never seen this kind of skating before!" Your passion and engagement really show. Whether competing at the top or not, your skating is enchanting and makes a statement. Of course, I'm so happy you're happy!!

In time, I think Ash will be an amazing choreographer. It's so inspiring to see such a relevant and admired skater taking time to get on the ice and inspire the youngsters.

I enjoy watching Ashly on and off the ice as he is from the old school of figure skating in addition to the new world of " tiny kid jumpers" she has made the transition and share real advice; sticking to your commitment and working hard. She speaks well and see herself other then a figure skater. Great advice. She will do well in her future

Great interview. Glad she's having fun teaching skating. Wish she'd come back to competitive skating. Glad she called out how the ladies' skaters don't stand out minus Satoko. Definitely agreed that Satoko's the most enjoyable to watch. I also think she's right about how PCS should be scored, instead of everyone getting about the same scores throughout each of the 5 sections.
