Hi Cheryl, I was diagnosed with Ceoliac disease so had to cut out gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. I've lost 4 stone so far.I would rather be eating the goodies but it's done me a favour in a way xx

I am disabled and I used to.use Asda quite a bit for home delivery. After 3 bad deliveries, items missing, insane use by dates and ludicrous replacements for some items, I stopped using them for home delivery. I now use Sainsburys and unfortunately their delivery charge is £7 because I live in the backend of nowhere, but it's worth it. Lovely vegetarian and vegan food, fruit and veg always great and bread & meat items with great dates.

I am a type1 diabetic and I find that the small packets/pots of fruit don't affect my blood sugar levels too much & they're actually quite good. 😊x

Asda is getting worse.. i do online due to hip arthritis severely and some dates on things pickers pick are ludicrous.
