  Even tho sw is syns etc it is still calorie deficit so u probably are not having the amount of calories u would have not having your a choices ❤❤

  @@andrinaperry1334 my kind of food too. Eggs were good to me when I was working and doing sw.used to have 2 scrambled and ww whole meal toast before a late in the hospital and I swear it gave me more energy xx

  A desert spoonful of a good cold pressed olive oil every say will keep you regular and it is also good for you and weight loss.

  Can't beat a bit of M&S food would love to see a what you eat in a day, also lactulose is very good at helping with the toilet its a softener not harsh like laxatives 👍 x

  Oooh,lovely marks haul- I admit I’m a sucker for M+s I, deadly in there and all I can say is thank goodness it’s not nearer and thank goodness Ocado doesn’t deliver this far to me lol. If I could I’d be there more than bi monthly or monthly. I hope tummy is better. 💜💜

  Hey Mrs P.... I am still waiting to hear back from the lady who runs the local SW group,So just going to turn up to the group next week... But after watching some of your vids I already started this week on the plan, & like you have just mostly been having Protein & Speed foods & am down 1 1/2 lb already, ( & just getting over a cold lol ) so pleased with that so far..   I live in ny ,july is hot,hot...It has been 84 for the last two weeks of may,85 today! Humid!Bring your summer clothes a hat and yes hand sanitizer and wipes.Glad you are coming going to love it here!Make sure to get a Hudson river cruise ,lovely to see Ellis Island and the Statue of liberty.Still brings a tear seeing her, must have been a wondrous sight for weary immigrants! enjoy your visit!
