Why did TNBC pts receive prior endocrine tx? My immediate thought is that they were likely previously ER+ , rebiopsied in metastatic setting which demonstrated TNBC. e.g. Perhaps they had endocrine/CDK4/6i as 1L metastatic then had biopsy showing TNBC?

With no background in the medical field of course I didn't understand 99.9% of your presentation. BUT I did understand your concern about missing info. Keep probing, keep holding toes to the fire. I hope med professionals get a chance to view this & the other Plenary Session videos.

I’m not a doctor, I’m a breast cancer survivor…I tried to keep up with this but obviously, I’m not your target audience! I love your podcasts and believe you are very knowledgeable and forthcoming in your opinions. Have you ever stumbled across any studies linking breast cancer to oxalates in diets? Some people posted them on integrative support groups along with links to studies. I couldn’t be more confused because almost 80-90% of my anti-cancer diet (recommended by other cancer survivors because my oncologist doesn’t think diet matters too much and the Director of Oncology generally suggests a Mediterranean diet)! If high oxalate diets cause microcalcifications and tumor growth in mammory glands of mice, then I have been boosting my risk not reducing it! I’m the reason I’m asking you is because you are so intelligent in reviewing what studies actually prove. Help!

Vinay: 1. At 12:30 you asked how else 7% of patients could have received only one prior line. It is technically possible that some people received a combination of endocrine therapy and chemotherapy as their only prior line. This would seem to satisfy the protocol criteria. Granted, that would be strange, but it is certainly possible. 2. I had the same question as you when they brought up the bystander effect, although with a bit of a different flavor. Do we know that this drug (with or without the antibody) doesn't also work in HER2 0+ breast cancer?

Hi! I can't figure out why the investigators chose to look at PFS in HR+ HER2low as primary outcome? vs PFS in all patients? Would be thankful if you could shed some light on that! thank you!

Could some patients have changed receptor profile from early breast cancer to metastatic breast cancer transition? Could they have had endocrine therapy earlier due to that? What about ER low cancers? Are they counted as ER-ve? Can we give Irinotecan by itself for breast cancer? It is cheap.

Please do dostarlimab! If the antibody conjugation actually delivers the drug preferentially to Her2 expressing cells, then that is kinda hard to reconcile with the observed toxicity profile 🤔

I read that substack and I think Dr Prasad has stated on KZread in prior videos how he feels about the Covid vax in regard to healthy children. He's been one of the few outspoken doctors on this particular age group. Why the rub?

@@ideo4430 kind of. His opinion has evolved a bit. Initially he said things like maybe they need just one dose of the safe and effective. Also suggested maybe just needed lower dose and that more studies needed. Kids absolutely do not need any of the “vaccine”. He knew it from beginning. I like dr pressed. He is incredibly bright. It’s my opinion he should use his knowledge and platform to denounce this mass vaccination program. It’s not working and should only be given to our high risk population. I’m a physician and I’ve taken care of 2 pts with strokes after 2nd dose Pfizer. In an avid cyclist and my coach has athlete with bilateral pe after 2nd dose. national pro cyclist myocarditis. This week my group had 4 people out because of Covid. As is the policy they are compliant with current protocol of having deltoids as medical indication for 2 shots and a boost of the good stuff. Trust me if vinay was honest about vaccine he would be taken off KZread. I could go on about people with adverse events.He is weak on the matter. Many physicians are now. They are bloody scared sheep. I do not give him a break.

Count me in because I'm placing my trades with Expert Armando, This is the kind of information that we don't get from most KZreadrs I will get in touch with him right now.

Physical scientist perspective: Unusual group selection, no comparative inclusive V exclusive type control, no detailed data… Smells like it’s in the neighborhood of P sampling, an all too common problem. It might not be and this may happen by accident so nothing against authors. I don’t have time to review the article today sry! When given enough data and parameters something will have an overlapping significance or increased significance just by random chance. I know this is old, perhaps it will help interested readers uncertain on research. Thanks for your vids!
