It's the Great Sacred Oath of Otumfuo the King. It's not supposed to be invoked unnecessarily unless on very serious issues. Once it's invoked, whoever invoked it, together with whoever the oath was invoked on, are supposed to be dragged before the King, for him to resolve whatever issue there is, and a punishment, given, if any either party is found culpable.
