How exquisite! and so wonderful to hear this utterly beautiful piece of secular music played inside a church of some description meaning of course, that churches have one worthwhile attribute ….. acoustics

The soprano is shrill and sings too quickly.
I can't get enough of this recording. It's so awesome.... perfect doesn't even come close.
amazing interpretation....voices so beautiful together....! Resonated inside my brain, long after voices finished...! Love it! Thank you!

OMGoodness - WOW! The acoustic is so rich. Would be stunning in there, live, but perhaps not best for a recording. One of the best interpretations. They really get it. Love it.

Beautiful recording. Thank you, Julio. One minor point you your translation. In the libretto "steals upon" means approaches unobserved. So perhaps the Spanish version should be "Como el alba se acerca la noche...." Again, lovely interpretation

Would liked to have heard a little more volume/ power from the tenor not less from the soprano.
It would be nice if the singers would not also look at eachother but also look to their supporting instrumentalists

The staging seems a little awkward. The tenor is very far forward, almost hiding the Soprano. Maybe she should stand to his left, between him and the director. The acoustics aren't the best. Great rapport between the singers!! Cool chamber orchestra!!
That sopran is terrible :(
The soprano is, unfortunately, shrill and sings too quickly and loudly. The tenor must have shown great patience not to kick his dreadful colleague off the stage.
