Think my 115 johnson outboard works basically the same with the stator and a regulator/rectifier. I know the tach works off of that signal wire. Not sure if the lawnmowers will work that way or not because of the lack of the signal wire. And then again I'm not well schooled on this stuff so that is something you would know. Thanks Zip!
