Paul Harvey's talent was to not only get to the heart of the matter but to do so in a way that made it undeniable. This needs to be taught in every school across the land but it will not be. Those who concentrate on the flaws do so at the expense on not realizing the greatness. How did we get to this point? How did we let this happen?

True, that said hundreds of thousands of men from the north laid down their young lives, often impoverishing their wives and children in literally the bloodiest war in out history. So maybe also remember all those who sacrificed so you can be so resentful about what this country had done for you and your people. I have literally not once ever heard even any expressed gratitude for the enormous hardship the men of the north in the civil war their sacrifice. Or perhaps you feel your people, after being captered and sold by, ironically also your people, would be better off never having come here. In which case perhaps that's something we can agree on

J.B24, feel free to get the hell out of the country, preferably a one way ticket to the new motherland of your choice. I'd recommend for someone like you, north Korea or perhaps China? Ignorant? If you live in the US, you do so because a whole lot of people made it possible, including those who pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor, of which you clearly have none. You also need to give thanks for a lot of people who now lie under markers, or who are at the bottom of seas worldwide, to guarantee the rights and privileges you enjoy. Ignorant? The only ignorant slob around here is the one you see when you look in the mirror.
