So delicious that you will want to cook this recipe again and again. I use pork fillet as minced meat (but you can also replace it with other meat) and it turns out incredibly juicy and tasty. Ingredients and preparation:
1 kg pork fillet (or other meat of your choice)
1 onion
1 pepper
A bunch of parsley
Salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
¾ tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp meat seasoning
1 tsp flour
200g cheese that melts well
12 strips of bacon
Sauce:
Remaining juice
2-3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1.5 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Red onion
tomato
2 tablespoons coriander or parsley
1-2 tsp lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
olive oil
Lavash or pita
Bake for 2-3 minutes
