This Idiot does not know that boomers had 25% mortgage rates in the mid 80s. Oh yeah, they had it so easy! The Liberals are the problem and not the boomers. Maybe he doesn't realize millennials outnumber the boomers now.

Who the hell makes 200, 300 grand a year 10% of Canada maybe the average wage and the average income for somebody in Canada middle class is around 50 grand I worked for over 35 years and never had a raise so who the hell are you kidding? The only ones that make that kind of money or politicians and then they get a real hefty, pension at the end of it most of us retirees are just looking how to survive and I know a lot of us are going. I can't wait until I'm gone. I don't have to do this crap anymore.

Excuse me? Most boomers I know are rather conservative, so they vote, well, Conservative. You'll find that the older you get, the more conservative you get. As Benjamin Disraeli said, "A man who is not a Liberal at sixteen has no heart; a man who is not a Conservative at sixty has no head." Anyway, I am as angry as you are about the Conservative loss. We have to win this time, or I fear the country will be headed for breakup. People are seriously angry now. I live in Alberta, and I can see it happening. The boomers in Alberta were screwed over by Pierre Trudeau too. They did not forget that. Voting Liberal is a regional thing, not an age thing. My parents are boomers, and they will not vote Liberal.

You use the term "Boomer" as the name for the previous generation to the millennials. Youi realize that there are 2 other generations after the baby boomers and before the millennials? The "Boomers" came from the boom in childbirths after world war 2. Most boomers are in their 80s or close to it. I myself an Gen X and do not appreciate being lumped into the same bag as the boomers. I am sure that my two children who are Gen Y dont appreciate that either. "Millennials refer to the generation after the turn of the millennium which is Gen Z. The generation after the millennials are known as Gen Alpha.

I knew the mistake as well. being in the same generation I think you are in. I just didn't care. Like a swipe off the shoulder. Too busy trying to make it, care for the poor animals, and just fighting the urge to not punch stupid people on the bus, in the head. If this generation thinks boomers are hard to deal with, well buckle the fuck up sally My generation is gonna show you something.
