First its Toronto, then Metropolitan Toronto (Toronto plus York, North York, East York, Etobicoke and Scarborough), then Megacity (Metropolitan Toronto plus Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham and Pickering), then G.T.A. (Metropolitan Toronto-now known as just Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Durham Region)
